From the pad of Geoff Harrison in Regards to Customer Service
I recently went to a training session developed by Paramount Training and Development
in Perth and enjoyed it. The customer services aspects were delivered in such a way I though I would blog about it here.
I went in quite sceptic but after about 30minutes I found I was actually interacting with the trainer. He was able to show us just how important customer service was from a business standpoint. I always knew customer service
was important however didnt really know how to deliver it in a professional manner. After 1 or so hours, I was able to grasp more information on Communication and conflict while dealing with difficult people.
If you wish to improve your customer service I would definately recommend some training in this area.
